We hope you love everything you order from Studio CARA. Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept any returns on opened color cosmetics. If you experience an allergic reaction to skincare products, return the product before more than 20% is consumed (studies show that allergic reactions happen within the first 15% of a product's use).

Should you be less than happy with anything else you've ordered, contact us at 407.622.1999 within 30 days of your purchase, and we'll be happy to refund your purchase or send a replacement product.

Send your package via an insured and prepaid method (we recommend UPS, FedEx or USPS). Please, include your packing slip or web receipt and PayPal® receipt.

What you should know about returns:

• We can only accept returns of complete sets, not individual items.
• All refunds are credited to the original pay method.
• No cash refunds.
• Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns.

Spa Retail Purchases

For items purchased at Studio CARA , returns are accepted within 30 days (with receipt) for on-account credit only for future retail purchases.

Shipping & Handling

Studio CARA uses UPS® insured shipping to send all of our products. For tracking information please visit www.ups.com or visit your account page.

Standard shipping takes 5 to 7 business days from the date your order is entered into our system. Please note: order processing at Studio CARA takes place from Monday through Friday.

Overnight Shipping
Overnight shipping is available on web orders placed before noon, EST, Monday through Friday. (Overnight orders placed on the weekend will be shipped after entry on Monday.)

Studio CARA cannot ship orders to a P.O. box.
