What can I use my membership on?
Membership payments can be applied to both services and products
Can I share my monthly service?
Yes, you may transfer your service to any person, up to six times per year.
What if I can't come in monthly?
No problem, you will not lose your credits. Your payments accrue and you can use them when you like as long as your membership is active.
Can I cancel my appointment?
If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full service fee.
Can I put my account on hold?
Yes, you can freeze your account up to 90 days in a calendar year.
